Scan&Paint 2D
Scan&Paint 2D is a fast, easy and accurate tool to visualize stationary sound fields with an unmatched spatial resolution and in a broad acoustic bandwidth (20 Hz - 14 kHz). The system is a superb engineering tool for troubleshooting or benchmarking all kinds of objects on the spot. It only takes a few minutes to complete and entire measurement campaign. Results of the scan are translated by the software into a color map, superimposed on a photograph of the measured object, allowing to find the origin of noise and quantify its output.
Scan&Paint 3D
Scan & Paint 3D is an unparalleled solution for acoustic troubleshooting, sound source localization, and noise ranking. This unique tool allows you to visualize what you hear, making complex problems simple and easy to understand. With Scan & Paint 3D, you can easily localize your sound sources and visualize the sound propagation in full 3D. The system offers you 3D sound vectors overlaid on a 3D model, giving you unmatched spatial representation.
Acoustic Shape
Acoustic Shape combines advanced 3D acoustic visualizations with Microflown’s acoustic vector sensor technology, fully integrated into the VELO platform. It offers real-time tracking, multi-capture synchronization, noise visualization, and a wide range of analysis tools for investigating transient and non-stationary sound sources. Ideal for complex acoustic problem-solving, Acoustic Shape gives engineers an intuitive and powerful way to explore unsteady sound fields and localize noise problems with confidence.
Near field acoustic camera
The Near-Field Acoustic Camera is a powerful tool for identifying and measuring transient sound sources using high-resolution colormaps. Unlike conventional beamforming systems, it relies on a network of PU sound intensity probes that capture both particle velocity and sound pressure. As a result, it delivers accurate acoustic data and comprehensive noise mapping across the full audible frequency range, with exceptional dynamic range and unmatched spatial accuracy, especially for low-frequency acoustic problems.
In-Situ Absorption
The In-situ Sound Absorption system provides a fast, non-destructive way to measure acoustic performance directly on-site. Using a handheld impedance gun, it determines absorption, reflection, and acoustic impedance over a wide frequency range (300 Hz–10 kHz). Suitable for flat or curved, homogeneous or assembled surfaces, it delivers reliable results within minutes, without damaging samples. By combining sound pressure and particle velocity at the material surface, it calculates accurate absorption and reflection coefficients, bringing laboratory-grade acoustic insights into real-world environments.
Analyzer
The VELO Analyzer is a free recording and processing tool available to all Microflown users, designed to help you capture, explore, playback, and interpret acoustic data with precision. Built on the same core platform as our professional VELO software, it provides a complete analysis environment also for data captured with VOYAGER or other supported acquisition systems. Analyzer gives you the flexibility to organize, review, compare and export your measurements in one intuitive application.
