- Added auto-range button for multi-view window
- Added toggle to display spatially-averaged sound intensity or sound power per panel in the sound power ranking module
Scan&Paint 2D
- NEW: Acoustic Transfer Path Anaysis (TPA) module (available for Pro users)
- Legacy project loading for TPA projects
- Back-end improvements in Transmission Loss (TL) module
- Capture start time now visible in video processing tab
- Export to .csv now supports absorption mapping and transmission loss
- Added naming tags to background images
In-situ absorption
- Added smoothing options for free-field and/or sample captures
- Multi-capture loading from Voyager recordings
- Editable distance of probe to sample at post-processing
- Expanded compatibility support with Velo 32 bit legacy projects
Acoustic Shape
- Added toggle to display spatially-averaged sound intensity vectors or sound power per panel
Analyzer
All modules
- Advanced signal playback including time filtering options (multi-bank filter)
- Added support to apply playback filters into the spectrogram and time data
- Back-end improvements and optimizations
Introducing the NEW analyzer module
Analyzer introduces a flexible way to inspect and interpret acoustic data inside the VELO platform. It supports playback, comparison, and detailed spectral analysis for recordings from Voyager or any other Velo application. This makes it a reliable starting point for data validation and a consistent solution for post-processing across different projects.
Airborne Transfer path analysis
The new Transfer Path Analysis module in Scan&Paint 2D calculates specific pressure contributions towards a reference position, helping engineers pinpoint dominant noise paths and quantify their influence towards an specific microphone location.
