AQCURA 2026 Autumn UPDATE V2.11

The latest AQCURA release expands the capabilities of this end-of-line solution for extracting material characteristics in a manufacturing environment. With additional processing and combined with the newly introduced near-field material testing setup, AQCURA becomes a efficient and scalable solution for a wide range of applications.

aqcura tester Highlights

Introduce new Features Analytics dashboard to the Monitoring panel at the Test tab;
Introduce a Timer Control user interface to the Test tab. This can be used when no External Control/Trigger Box Control is enabled, as an option to the already existing Manual Control user interface;
Introduce Campaign Mode to the Timer Control dashboard in the Tester Test tab’s Control Panel. This allows the user to set a predetermined measurement campaign duration, in minutes, before starting the Timer Control. Once the campaign reaches its maximum duration, the Timer Control stops automatically;

Introduce the Signal Generator user interface, enabling end-of-line impedance measurements;

- Near-field material testing implemented into the platform;
- AQCURA Tester measurement files (.EOLdt) can now be imported into VELO’s Analyser and In-Situ Material Tester;
- Now the MariaDB installers come with predefined defaults. This makes it easier to get the first project running ;
- Uninstaller shortcut at the start menu is now version-specific.
- Introduce the Signal Generator user interface into the Test Procedure edition dialogue, accessible from the Workflow top-menu;
- Introduce Add/Remove messages functionality at the Playback Tab;
- Workflow Execution files (.EOLdt) can now be loaded into the AQCURA Manager even when the workflow has failed due to an Integrity Test. This makes it easier to train an Integrity Test’s classifier;
- Introduce .csv export of Training set’s Features data in the Features panel at the Training tab;
- Introduce a Serial Number column to the .csv export from the Features panel at the Training tab;
- Make it easier to read the Pipeline Type in the top menu of the Processing and Training tabs;
- Introduce the capability of deleting multiple files at once at the Playback tab;
- Playback tab auto frequency limits based on the signal’s probe type;
- Adjust the Playback tab’s Live Spectrum panel’s smoothing factor so its levels match the Spectrogram plot;
- Introduce “Enter” and “Esc” keyboard responses in dialogues;
- Introduce “Tab” keyboard response for jumping between text fields in the Process Settings dialogues at the Processing tab;
- Introduce new Features Analytics dashboard to the Monitoring panel at the Test tab;
- Introduce a Timer Control user interface to the Test tab as an option to the already existing Manual Control user interface;
- Introduce Campaign Mode to the Timer Control dashboard in the Tester Test tab’s Control Panel;
- Introduce an S/N prefix field in the Timer Control dashboard in the Tester Test tab;
- Introduce colour coding to the Features table in the Features Analytics dashboard in the Tester Test tab’s Monitoring Panel;
- Improve line breaks in the Daily Statistics panel’s Spider plot at the Test tab;
- Introduce a non-linear scale for the Daily Statistics panel’s Spider plot at the Test tab;
- Daily Statistics panel general UX improvements;
