Release Note | AQCURA 2025 2.7.7 to 2.9.0
AQCURA 2025 Autumn UPDATE
This update brings a range of new functionalities, workflow improvements, and interface refinements to both the AQCURA Manager and Tester applications, focusing on usability, flexibility, and integration performance.
MAIN FEATURES
- Added support for ASIO input devices, including Focusrite Scarlett 2i2 4th Gen DAQ
- Introduced multiple spectrogram tools in the Playback Tab for enhanced data analysis
- Added hard-threshold sliders to the Features plot of the Training tab
- Introduced frequency limits setting in the Plot Settings pop-up of the Playback panel in the Playback tab
- Introduced Rejection-Ratio metric (for undefined test samples) in the Training tab
- Introduce Trigger Box support to control AQCURA Tester with simple voltage signals
Threshold Sliders
This update introduces hard-threshold sliders to the Features plot within the Training tab. The new sliders provide a more intuitive and precise way to adjust threshold values, improving control during model training and validation. The slider design mirrors that of the Population plots, creating a consistent user experience across the interface.
Added spectrogram Tools
A new set of analysis tool has been added to the Spectrogram panel of the Playback tab. This addition makes it easier to document, compare, and share quantitative data from any recorded data channel. By integrating these functionalities directly into the analysis interface, users can now generate high-quality spectrogram images without leaving AQCURA, simplifying reporting and communication of test results.
