Big Summer 2025 Update
This summer marks a significant step forward across VELO, AQCURA, and VOYAGER. With the introduction of 64-bit modules, improved workflows, and robotic integration, this release enhances the precision, usability, and flexibility of our acoustic measurement system, from product development to end-of-line testing and hybrid simulation.
VELO 2025 Update Highlights
This update brings a range of new features across key applications, improving workflows, expanding user control, and enabling direct export to ACTRAN for seamless simulation integration.
- Multi-bank filtering on playback
- Scan&Paint 3D Capture Viewer
- 3D Phase Mapping
- Native ACTRAN Export tools
- Sound Absorption Mapping
- Sound Transmission Loss
…and more.
Robot-Guided Sound Field Scanning Now Available in VELO
With this release, VELO also introduces robotic integration for Scan&Paint 3D and Acoustic Shape. By connecting to Universal Robots, acoustic measurements can now be fully automated, enabling repeatable, high-resolution scans in areas that are difficult or unsafe to access manually. The robot’s built-in kinematics eliminate the need for external tracking systems, streamlining the workflow while maintaining spatial accuracy.
Voyager 2.8: Smarter Data & Sound absorption integration
The latest Voyager firmware introduces coherence-based quality indicators in the octave band analyzer, helping you assess measurement quality in real time. You can now also record In-situ Absorption directly from Voyager. Captures are fully compatible with VELO 2025 for a smooth, integrated workflow.
AQCURA Manager: New Possibilities, Better Control
AQCURA version 2.7 brings a suite of new features focused on flexibility, custom processing, and full integration with Voyager.
- New Processing tab
- Voyager integration (DAQ)
- Snapshot live spectra
- Log key operations
- Edit playback events directly
- UI improvements
