Microflown Spring update!

FROM DYNAMIC VISUALIZATIONS TO ENHANCED MATERIAL TESTING

Twice a year, we release product updates to keep our testing solutions aligned with the latest developments in acoustic engineering. This spring, we introduce a new set of improvements across VELO, AQCURA, and VOYAGER, focused on new functionalities, improved performance, and a more refined user experience.

Velo 2026 out now!

From operational deflection shapes to in-situ material characterization, this release strengthens every step of the measurement and analysis process:

✅ Animated pressure and velocity in S&P2D
✅ Animated vector fields in S&P3D
✅ GLB export for easier 3D data manipulation
✅ Model fitting to extract material properties
✅ Color tracking caps for PU Gen2 probes
✅ Enhanced plotting tools
✅ Improved Acoustic Shape analysis
✅ Revamped in-situ absorption UI and UX
✅ General platform improvements

Enhancing flexibility and performance with the latest AQCURA update

The latest AQCURA release delivers key improvements to streamline testing and analysis workflows. With additional testing analytics, headless operation for automated environments, an upgraded playback engine with advanced selection and loop tools, and improved data handling through embedded sets, AQCURA becomes more efficient and scalable for high-throughput applications.

Direction of Arrival for Source Localization with VOYAGER

Direction of Arrival (DOA) enables precise localization of sound sources by determining the incoming direction of sound waves based on the instantaneous active acoustic intensity vector. With real-time filtering, users can isolate specific frequency components, making it easier to track dominant noise sources in complex acoustic environments, even for low frequencies.
