The software support contract aims to offer the best service and support to our clients. Your company needs to get the best options to position the products in the best quality possible. The software support contract is not only a guarantee for your software but also a full range of services and personnel support to achieve the best quality standards at your work.

The “Software Support Contract” gives you access to the following benefits:

  • Releases and new features:  being a “SW support contract” holder will allow you to get all the possible software releases of your solution within the year of the contract. 
  • Software Reliability Support:  Microflown gets the commitment of keeping your software updated and compatible with all Windows releases so your PC and our software will always be compatible.
  • Debugging service: all errors and bugs will be immediately released to you and also “SW support contract” holders reported bugs will be prioritized in order to keep your software in optimum condition.
  • Up to date documentation:  all new or updated technical documentation regarding our products such as manuals and datasheets will be provided to “SW support contract” holders.
  • Direct support: “SW support contract” holders can address their problems related to application, usability, bugs, errors or any other concern via mail, through:

  • Service credit: with your“SW support contract” you will receive yearly a credit count, exchangeable for many services which will not only offer you better understanding of your system but also how to obtain the best profit of it.
     
  • Personal support: when the “Direct support” is not enough to solve your problem, as a “SW support contract” holder you can make  use of your “Service credit” account to get further help and knowledge from our staff.
     
  • Upgrade offers:  “SW support contract” holders will be, from time to time, recompensed with special upgrade promotions and offers, only for “SW support contract” holders. 

Many services can be accessed with the “Service Credit” count, as explained below:

Service credit

  • Every year you will receive a new amount of credits, expendable during a whole year form the day of the purchase.
  • 10% of the credits not used during a year can be accumulated to the next, up to a maximum of the assigned credit count assigned for a year.
  • If the “SW support contract” is not renewed the Service credit count will be updated to 0, and the old credits will no longer be in use.

Many services and combination of them can be accessed with the “Service Credit” count, as explained below:

  • Webinars:  periodically practical and theoretical webinars will be organized by Microflown technical staff, in order to make you acquaintance with your particle velocity based setup.
  • Online-support: personal and web-related support can also be accessed with the credits, being able to not only making questions but also receive a full explanation about your setup settings, problems or usage.
  • Online testing support:  advice from our technical team about how to perform a specific measurement or test with our equipment can be accessed via internet.  Making use of the expertise of our crew you will make sure that your test bench is completely  defined and will obtain the maximum efficiency to your time and resources,
  • Education at Microflown headquarters: full day training at Microflown headquarters, planned only for your company, for a group of up to 3 people. Attending can increase their knowledge in acoustics, starting from any level, not only learning how to use Microflowns equipment but also to interpret the results and apply the knowledge to your company working processes.
  • Self-education programs:  access to the e-learning web-site area where all kind of acoustic information can be found, from general acoustics content to specific measurement setups. All Microflown knowledge available from your PC.
  • Discounts/ extra features in services: 10% discount will be applicable in any service related to the hardware used for the system under the contract such as:
    • Recalibration of the probe and signal conditioner
    • Repairs 

     
  • Fast part replacement:  standard products are replaceable within less than a week (plus shipment time) since it is reported from the customer, for “SW support contract” holders instead of waiting the 30 days normal period. This will allow you to have your equipment always in perfect condition without needing replacements at your facilities.
