The short standing wave tube is an improvement on the 75cm standing tube. The probe mountings are made airtight and the tube is made shorter so that a simple model for the tube can be used with high accuracy. Bandwidth 20Hz-4kHz.

 

An extension is also available so that the "long tube calibration method" becomes possible.
