High dB PU Probe

The one dimensional High dB PU Probe consists of a Microflown acoustical particle velocity sensor and a miniature sound pressure transducer. Directly at one spot the sound pressure and acoustic particle velocity are measured. When the standard available PU probes maximum dB level is not sufficient this probe could be the solution. The High dB PU probe is designed to measure dB levels for both sound pressure and particle veloctity up to 130dB. The cap with protective metal mesh should always being kept on the probe. The PU regular can be used for a variety of applications such as the determination of sound intensity, sound power, acoustic absorption, sound leakages etc.
